15 Minute session with Real Reindeer
Outdoor Christmas reindeer session set up at a private farm {Location will be sent out 2 weeks before the shoot } .

Mini session & Private online viewing gallery
10 images on download with the option to buy extra once you have viewed your gallery .
WHO CAN BOOK :
Suitable for any ages & adults
One family per session , no cousins just children and parents .
Younger children I advise that parents get in the photographs with them .
EXTRA INFO :
Come in your own car
Once confirmed No Rescheduales or Cancellations .
No Pets
Session will only be cancelled if we have extreme rain or windy conditions .

CHRISTMAS SHOOTS
ALL these T'S and C's apply to all shoots as well as the extra below.
Any cancellations for Christmas shoots, the booking fee is non refundable and non transferable.
The full balance would be paid upon cancellation unless the session is filled.
No shows or late appointments must also pay in full.
No specific shots are guaranteed. It is dependent on the children (and the animals that are involved in some sessions).
If your children are unhappy/upeset during the shoot the gallery minimum of images might not always be achieved.
Mini Sessions are 15 minutes long.
The set up for the shoots can be changed at any time.
Depending on clothing and the weather in the day the edit can alter slightly.
If your chid/children are unhappy during the shoot, these sessions cannot be rescheduled. You can stop the shoot at any point if you do not want your child to be upset.
NO PUBLIC TRANSPORT No taxi's at all, due to delays happening.
REINDEER PHOTOSHOOT ASSUMPTION OF RISK & LIABILITY WAIVER
ANIMAL BEHAVIOUR ACKNOWLEDGMENT :
I understand that reindeer are live animals and may behave unpredictably at any time. Even when properly handled and supervised, animals may move suddenly, make unexpected noises, or react to environmental factors. While reasonable safety precautions are taken, I acknowledge that inherent risks are involved when participating in a session with a live animal.
IMPORTANT - CHILDREN'S SAFETY :
Children must be closely supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times. By participating, the parent/guardian accepts full responsibility for the child and acknowledges that KERRY JONES PHOTOGRAPHY cannot be held liable for any accidents or injuries involving the reindeer.
ADULT PARTICIPANTS - ASSUMPTION OF RISK :
By participating in this reindeer photoshoot, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with being in the presence of and interacting with a live reindeer. I agree that KERRY JONES PHOTOGRAPHY , its owners, employees, contractors, animal handlers, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injury, accident, loss, or damage to person or property that may occur during the session.
MINOR PARTICIPANTS -PARENTAL CONSENT & RELEASE :
If I am signing on behalf of a minor, I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian of the child(ren) participating. I give permission for their participation and understand that interaction with a live animal involves inherent risks. I assume all risks on behalf of the minor and agree to release and hold harmless KERRY JONES PHOTOGRAPHY , its owners, employees, contractors, animal handlers, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from the minor’s participation.
SUPERVISION REQUIREMENT :
Parents or legal guardians must remain present and directly supervise their children at all times. All participants agree to follow safety instructions provided by staff and animal handlers immediately and without hesitation.
AGREEMENT :
By booking or participating in the reindeer photoshoot, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined above.
